This project compiles the maximum VOC and Nox emissions that each facility is legally allowed to emit in an electronic format. The contractor examines the current permits for a subset of facilities in the HGB non-attainment area, and record that information in an accessible form. The allowable emission data enables researchers to model the largest legal emission from facilities.
