This project develops a conceptual model for high regional background ozone levels in East Texas, including the evaluation of trajectory and grid modeling studies of long-range transport of pollution from out-of-state sources, such as those conducted in support of current field studies in other parts of the U.S. (e.g., the New England Field Study) or of EPA’s Interstate Air Quality Rule.
