This project will utilize available data specific to the Houston area fleet to improve the accuracy and precision of the on-road MOBILE6 emission inventory for the 8-county area. Locally-specific data will be evaluated and new inputs developed for use in MOBILE6, in place of defaults currently used in the most recent calculations for the area. Updates will be developed for improving high-emitter fraction and mileage accumulation rate (MAR) estimates.
